Return Policy:

  • ✅ All Canadian local inventory items come with a 48-hour inspection period (calculated from the time of delivery)
  • If a return is requested, please contact us within 48 hours and ship the item back promptly
  • Items must remain unworn, unused, and in resalable condition

Return Notes:

  • Return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility
  • Items must be returned using the original packaging
  • To avoid disputes regarding condition or transit damage, buyers are strongly advised to record a full unboxing and re-packaging video
  • Once the item is received and confirmed to be in good condition, a refund will be processed promptly

  • There are structural quality issues that clearly affect wearability

Natural characteristics of jadeite, including cotton inclusions, natural textures, color variations, and inherent structures, are considered part of the material’s natural nature and do not constitute quality defects.
